NEW shoes, socks, and undergarments available to students who qualify to receive assistance. Students and siblings will also receive a voucher for school clothing from our Care & Share Store.
DATES & LOCATIONS TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE:
Tuesday, July 12 – 3:00 pm-6:00 pm at Taylor Elementary School, 5500 Wea Drive
Wednesday, July 13 – 3:00 pm-6:00 pm at Carver Center, 1030 N. Purdum Street
Thursday, July 14 – 10:00 am-1:00 pm & 3:00 pm-5:30 pm at Grace United Methodist Church, 219 W. Mulberry Street
Friday, July 15 – 10:00 am-1:00 pm at Grace United Methodist Church, 219 W. Mulberry Street
To qualify to receive assistance, Student MUST be present & accompanied by parent/legal guardian & be 5-18 years old entering K-12.
What To Bring To Qualify:
- Photo ID of Parent/Legal Guardian
- Proof of Income
- Student’s Birth Certificate
- Student’s Birth Date
- Student’s Social Security Card
