CASA advocates for abused and neglected children in Howard County. We have an average of 111 children who have been abused or neglected and are involved in the court system every year in Howard County. Many of these children are in foster care and have no voice in what happens to them without volunteers like you. We currently have a waiting list of children who need a CASA volunteer. We need at least 30 more volunteers to be able to give every child an advocate to help them through this traumatic and confusing time.
