Social Club provides a safe environment for adults with developmental
and/or mental disabilities to congregate, receive a meal and participate
socially in activities of their choosing with adults at or near their
functioning level without fear of being seen as different. 

Social also provides the opportunity for outside community members to
interact with adults diagnosed with developmental/mental disabilities on their
turf and as they are, thereby eliminating stigma and promoting understanding.

We need volunteers to assist in preparing and serving snacks to the attendees, to socialize with the participants, and assist in clean-up.
