   Provides supplemental food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals for pregnant, postpartum, or breastfeeding women and for children up to 5 years old.

HOURS:

Mon 9am-7pm; Tues and Wed 9am-5pm; Thurs 1pm-7pm; Fri 9am-4pm; Sat 9am-2pm ET

CLOSING INFORMATION:

Closed on most major holidays, Saturday and Sundays

ELIGIBILITY:

Call office for more information.  Pregnant women, new mothers, infants, children up the age of 5.  At or below 185% of poverty line.
